How do leaders measure success?  The task—bringing the unseen vision into manifest reality—is sometimes obscure.  What is there, which was not there before?  Is it coming?  Is it on track?  Enter Intuitive Leadership.

Leadership can be difficult to measure.  People can also be difficult to measure.  Yet, a company is only as effective as its people.  Since some initiatives may be difficult to quantify, measuring the productivity of the players is one way to ascertain if we are hitting the mark.  Accomplishment involves engagement, performance and constant evaluation.  Having a process to gauge the production of their teams is one way, and often the only way, for great leaders to hold themselves accountable.
