Today is a good day to begin again.  But what is the new beginning?  Is it a new project or a renewed focus?  Or is it, instead, a brand new you?

Good managers climb, and peak.  Then they regroup.  As a good leader, your journey often takes you through portals—from one worldview into another.  And once in the new paradigm, you do not, or cannot, return to the previous state.  There is only one direction to go in.  There is only growth.  Level up!  Up your game!
