Beginnings, turning corners, accomplishing

Do you sometimes feel isolated—on an island?  Are you missing that feeling of being connected?  Do you think that being a leader means you are unpopular, or disconnected from those who follow?  Some even think that this a rule.

Good leaders build great teams.  Teams are made up of people.  Companies are successful because of people.  Profitability and growth are beneficial for everyone at the company, those in the community, and beyond.  None of us, whether a leader or not, is in the game alone.  We are not flying solo.  The team needs their mentor, and good leaders still need to depend upon the team.  Leadership is a relationship.
