“Jesus, please help me forgive, and release all debts owed to me, so I may be free. With Your help, I will ask forgiveness from those who I have hurt. I pray that they release the debts that are owed to them. Allow my heart to expand and open so love and forgiveness can take root and grow. Help me to forgive myself, as You have forgiven me. Fill me with a new willingness to release myself and others, so we may carry on in peace and love. It is my intention to focus on forgiveness until I can feel the weight of trespasses, both mine and those of others, lift and dissolve. Thank You for guiding me as I heal all wounds of unforgiveness.
Amen.”
