What assignment are we on?  Do we know the directive?  Is the team focused on the goal?

All too often the instruction communicated from the top isn’t quite the same by the time it reaches the front line.  Things can get lost in translation.  It is enormously important that everyone on the team knows the direction.  Consensus must be reached for execution to be successful.  Leadership must be present at each level of the organization.  And, when the mission is critical, there is no place for people who are not able to lead themselves.  Good leaders are careful to have the right people in the right places.  They must be trained, ready, and understand the vision.  All employees of a company are representatives of their employer.

Get with the program!  Keep the faith!  Make us proud!
