Are you averse to hand-holding?  Do you ascribe to tough love?  Sink or swim?  Where is the love?

We are people—people leading people.   Sometimes your flock needs a vigilant shepherd.  When they are in over their head, your followers need a lifeguard to rescue them.  And there are even times when human emotions overflow into the workplace and you stand in as comforter.  Leading must be done with care, both for yourself and for those who look up to you.  Remember–you are everything to somebody.  And you love to be just that.
