What is a shared vision?  How do leaders get people to see what they see?  And what happens if the view is distorted?

Look at your team.  When you do so, you see your vision in action.  You are ultimately accountable for the success of the team.  When you see poor results, redirect.  When you see disharmony, nurture.  When you see victories, celebrate.  When you see success, so , too, does the team.  Watch, and look.  See!
