Have you heard these distortions?

• This is the way we’ve always done it.
• If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.
• Change is hard.

These utterances are telling—it’s time for a purge.  Holding on to limiting beliefs and speaking phrases that disempower, prevent progress.  A team like this can’t seem to get out if its own way!  A team like this needs Catalytic Leadership—changemakers.  Growth requires progressive ideas.  Great performance requires a winning attitude.  Excellence requires the ability to rise above limitations and perceived obstacles.  Good leaders are the alchemists of advancement, and good leaders manifest great successes.
