Three important questions to ask yourself today:

1. What does a leader look like?
2. Am I acting like a leader?
3. Do I feel like a leader?

Monday mornings are met with a wide range of perspectives throughout the working world.  On this Monday morning, think about what corner you have turned.  Think about the stability, and the bonds you have been creating.  Now is the time to make your role as a leader tangible.  It is time to look like, act like, and feel like the leader that you are.

Therefor your job is to be defined anew.  You are no longer a “manager”, “owner”, or “supervisor”.  You are a model of stability.  You inspire.  You embody the equilibrium that your team needs.  You bring the engagement that keeps people motivated, excited, and fulfilled.  You are not going to work on Monday morning.  You are no longer heading off to the C-Suite office.  You are showing up ready to do what makes you feel good.  Your job is to lead, and you’ve signed up for it because it’s what you love to do.  It’s natural.  Feel it.
